The I & R center maintains accurate and up-to-date information regarding social services in the community. The staff is trained to interview each caller and refer him/her to a suitable provider. A needs determination and an appropriate referral reduce the caller's frustration and increase the likelihood of successful problem resolution. Ages 5-17.
